Wedding Photo Idea

The wedding
day is hectic, and the pet peeve of many guests is that down time between the ceremony while the wedding party is being photographed. Many brides choose to do the photos before - but with all the things that need to be done on that day, that still makes for limited time and lots of rushing to get it all done. I remember looking through a bridal album of a friend a few years back. It was full of amazing photographs of the couple in tons of wonderful locations. I knew they had done photos between the ceremony and I commented on how rushed they must have been considering how many locations they visited for photos. It turned out that most of the photos of the couple were actually taken 2 weeks after the wedding!
The day of the wedding, they had photos done on site of the families, the wedding party, etc. Then, two weeks later, they got back into their wedding outfits and spent a day travelling around town with their photographer taking tons of photos of just the two of them.
The result?
- tons of GREAT pictures at really unique locations
- No rush, no stress means they were able to relax and enjoy the photography so they look happy and rested!
- Guests did not have to wait for hours in order for them to get those pictures - and they had more time to enjoy the wedding day itself!
Sounds like a good idea to me!
