Wedding Night Lingerie
Filed in archive Bridal Style by Del on May 6, 2008
Brides often spend an extraordinary amount of time and energy on the wedding dress, but what about what comes after? You know, your wedding night lingerie? Typically, you'll receive lingerie at your bridal shower and it can range from demure and slightly innocent to downright racy. Hopefully, your friends and family know you well enough to get you a white satin baby doll if that's your style instead of a cupless corset.

Consider these points when choosing wedding night lingerie:

* You're going to be in your wedding gown for a long time. Whatever you wear underneath it has to be comfortable or you're going to be miserable.

* You don't have to sport your bridal night attire under your gown if you don't want to. Instead, you can freshen up after your wedding and reception before you and your groom begin your honeymoon. Relax in a hot bath, unwind from the festivities and then slip into your wedding night number. You'll feel much more refreshed than if you wear it all day long.

* Wedding night lingerie often means "honeymoon lingerie," so make sure you carry several different pieces along on your honeymoon, to keep things interesting.
