Wedding Day Shoes

You've got your dress picked out, your attendants' dresses, your colors, your theme...what about your shoes? Better yet, should you just stick to one pair? Now if you routinely sashay around in stilettos and your feet don't cry bother you at the end of the day, you have my utmost respect. You can probably waltz down the aisle, dance your first dances and make it through an entire reception on tottering 4" heels. Bravo!

For anyone else who's not so adept at walking on stilts, consider your wedding day shoes carefully. Now these Coloriffics are basic, dressy enough and with a moderate 2 3/4" heel. They'll definitely get you through your day.

However, if the thought of being on your feet all day and into the night on even a heel that height makes you cringe, think about having a second pair on hand, like these Touch Ups.

Once you hit the reception, you can slip into these comfy flats and spend more time having fun instead of wishing you could just take off your shoes! I think that shoes aren't always a top consideration, but remember: your shoes for walking down the aisle don't have to be your shoes for all night if you don't want them to be.
