On 22nd May, Canadian pop star Alanis Morissette (age 36) married underground rapper Souleye (born Mario Treadway, age 30) -- an American freestyle rapper who has performed at SXSW and Coachella.

The pair got married in their Los Angeles home.

While Souleye's previous love stories are practically unknown to the peering media eyes, Alanis Morissette's were colorful ones. She previously dated Dave Coulier and got engaged to actor Ryan Reynolds in June 2004. Both relationships didn't last and they both called it quits.

Is she following Beyonce's footsteps by marrying a rapper?!

Anyways, it was reported that it didn't rain on her wedding day (making fun of her song Ironic: it's like rain on your wedding day...)...congratulations and best wishes to the happy couple!
