For decades, brides have been careful to choose gowns that look amazing in the front and look stunning in photographs, but a growing trend in bridal gowns this year has found brides focusing just as much attention on the back of their gowns. After all, the back is what the audience sees the most of during the ceremony and when you are dancing with your new husband - they also only see the back. Brides are choosing gowns with low cut backs, tie backs, colored accents, elaborate beading and/or embriodery, and other special detailing so that they look as amazing from the back as they do from the front. After all - the back of your dress gets a lot more view time them you may realize.
Here are a few examples of gowns that do just this. Many designers are now adding more detail in the back side of their designs this season as well.

ariel - by Nadine Sheree - features a low back. colored detailing and a tie back - all great options for adding interest to the back of the dress.

From Chrys Cross Bridal - Sandra features a colored sash with delicate embriodery.
