You begin planning your wedding thinking it will be fun. A hobby. When it comes down to it. You will find it's a JOB planning the wedding of your dreams. You need to turn to a professional. But who?

Brides on the Go, set to take place June 24th in Los Angeles, Is going to get you to that moment quicker, and in style.

A Southern California Wedding and Event planner, Kathy Smith, says she dreamt up this idea after recognizing brides like to shop their vendors to best choose who works for them. It's a lot like shopping for shoes!

The Brides on the Go social introduction forum is set up so you can basically "speed date" several wedding planners in one day. "Let's face it. All wedding planners, pretty much, do the same job. What matters is if they match your personality and can convey your taste." Kathy explains.

If you're waiting your turn to go through the "Planner Panel", B.O.T.G. provides a chic atmosphere to sample unique wedding and lifestyle products (such as private jet bachelorettes), taste cuisine, preview bridal fashions, and even grab some swag. Because this is a forum focused on connecting brides with wedding planners, you will never see more than a single vendor from any other category (ex. one florist, one photographer, etc).

The Los Angeles Brides on the Go is set to take place Sunday June 24th 2007, atop all of L.A. at the historic Yamashiro Restaurant, from 11am - 4pm.
