Something New...

Filed in archive Bridal Style , Wedding Tradition by Del on July 22, 2008

This isn't the first time I've covered bridal hair accessories. It won't be the last, either, as hair is a huge part of your overall wedding day look. Continuing this week's "Something Old..." theme is today's Something New.

There will be a lot of new things you'll have on your big day. Dress, shoes, purse, bouquet...shopping for all of that (stressful as it might be) is usually a lot of fun. One new little thing you can treat yourself with is a pretty hair clip or pin. Many of the hair accessorieslinks marketed to brides-to-be are bejeweled in some way, either with rhinestones, other gems - and if you're very lucky, diamonds.

I've seen hair clips for less than $10 and I've seen some for about $300. This is an area where there's something for every budget. Even many of the less expensive ones don't scream "cheap." Besides, how often are you going to wear a rhinestone hair clip? Saving money here is just smart.

Take a look at these wedding day updos that will allow you to add some sparkle to your hair.
