Some Favor TidBits

I have seen a lot of different wedding favors over the years, and the wedding favor market has millions of different ideas for every theme or style you might wish to incorporate into your wedding. Many brides put a lot of time and effort into choosing and creating their favors - and I have heard many a bride say "I don't want the same boring candy favors everyone does..."

Well - those brides may be surprised to learn that recent surveys show that when asked what favors they prefer - wedding guests pick edible favors like candies and chocolates as their favorites every time! In fact, most guests surveyed admit that they throw out "keepsake" favors before to long! SO - if you're trying to pick a favor - don't discount the chocolate and candy options. Of course, that doesn't mean you have to copy everyone else - concentrate on unique presentation with a tasty, edible finish:)

Another interesting tidbit for you - wedding favors are OPTIONAL!!! Yep, that's right - there is nothing wrong with hosting a party of any kind - including a reception, without offering a favor. So what is required of a good host? Good food, great entertainment and a comfortable atmosphere.
