Long Weekend Weddings Part 1

The last long weekend of summer! I hope you are out enjoying the weather and having a blast:) For the wedding industry, this has been a busy weekend and it has been busy in the celebrity wedding scene as well!

Kate Walsh (Grey's Anatomy) married her movie executive beau, Alex Young this Saturday in the Ojai Presbyterian Church just north of Los Angeles. Walsh was a stunning bride in a custom-made Monique Lhuillier gown for the ceremony. The 100 guests, which included a number of celebrities, were treated to a lavish reception at a Spanish-style estate, the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa's Casa Elar. The intimate, candlelite event was coordinated by Jo Gartin of Love Luck and Angels. SOURCE

Usher & Tameka finally had their lavish wedding, as we shared earlier. The couple exchange vows this Saturday in Atlanta in front of about 200 guests. The ceremony took place at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort, a 16th-century-style French chateau outside Atlanta. A dinner reception followed in the resort's ballroom which included a gorgeous five-tiered white chocolate-covered wedding cake with handmade flowers from Perfect Endings. SOURCE




Bill Rancic, the first Apprentice winner, wed Guiliana DePandi, a E! News anchor this Saturday> The traditional English and Italian Catholic wedding took place on the Italian island of Capri. The bride wore a custom designed strapless, beaded Monique Lhuillier gown and veil as she walked down the church aisle decorated with white rose petals and white candles. One of my favorite notes about their ceremony was that Bill's deceased father was the "honorary" best mand and a candle was put up in remembrance." SOURCE
