Halloween Weddings

Happy Halloween everyone:) In honor of Halloween, I thought I would share highlights from some of this year's halloween weddings shown above!

Wedding #1:

Just like any other little girl, Michelle D'Argis has been dreaming of her wedding day since she was a little girl. But, while most girls has dreams full of white lace, tuxedos and pretty flowers - Michelle dreamed of black lace, zombies and tombstones. The Winnipeg hair Dresser married Dean Bruneau last week in a Halloween-themed wedding. The bride wore a black gown, and was attended by a group of white-faced zombie bridesmaids. Sporting a red tuxedo and horns, the couple where married by "Satan" and the photo shoot included a cemetery naturally. The groomsmen where dressed as scary-film icons. At the ceremony, decorated to scare, guests where given small props and costume bits to wear if they didn't come in costume.

Wedding #2:

Rob and Tina Seifer started their new life with the help of the Grim Reaper. The groom, Rob, arrived to the ceremony in a hearse and entered the ceremony from a coffin. Tina was then escorted down the aisle by Dracula where the couple where wed by the Grim Reaper. The couple stated that "The theme of our wedding is that love never dies"

Wedding #3:

Jessica Rouse and her fiance, Kris Harpham choose to mix tradition with fun with a Halloween reception. The ceremony itself was completely traditonal. The only non-traditional aspect was the orange gown the bride wore for the wedding which took place on a bridge in the park. Following the traditional ceremony, guests crossed a wobbly bridge to the reception site where they discovered a hall decorated in cobwebs, witches, pumpkins, skeletons and other Halloween decor items. Guests where encouraged to arrive at the reception in costume. Even the cake was replaced with pumpkin and ghost cupcakes.
