Father Of The Bride is a Groom

The first time I ever say Steve Martin in a movie was in Father of the Bride - and that is probably how I will remember him. This past weekend, the Father Of The Bride traded his role in for the leading role of the groom. The actor wed writer, Anne Stringfield in a surprise ceremony on July 28. And when I say surprise - I mean TOTAL surprise. The 75 guests were invited to the couples home for a party and discovered after they arrived that the party was in fact going to be a wedding ceremony and reception!

The couple, sporting Vera Wang and Armani, were married in a moonlight ceremony by former presidential candidate, Bob Kerrey.
