I am TOTALLY in love with this idea! They are called Invitastions - which you can most likely tell, have something to do with invitations and taste. This idea is an edible invitation on a cookie - that comes combined with a real paper version of the invitation as well, for the guests to keep after they enjoy the edible version.
Looking through the companies gallery, I was pretty impressed with some of their recent work. The cookie invitations are made to closely match the paper invitations and they are stunning. They can custom design invitations to match your wedding colors and style - which makes this a very personalize-able idea as well. LOVE IT!!
