When Etsy Seller, Cry Baby Inc, got married - her mom made her a Barbie-sized replica of her wedding gown as a keepsake. She now offers this service to other brides as well. For $50, you can have a replica of your gown made as a keepsake for yourself - or as a wonderful, personalized gift for your flower girl. I personally love the idea as a flower girl gift. It's personal - because it is made to match your gown - but it is something she can enjoy and play with as well.
Another idea would be to have a Barbie gown made to match the flower girl's dress, and then let her carry it up the aisle with her. This will give her something to keep her occupied while you are saying your vows as well and will make for some great photo ops!

I've never been much into Barbie, but even a curmudgeon like me thinks is a really cute idea. I'd give it to my daughter.
