Extreme makeover plastic surgeon, Garth Fisher and his girlfriend, former Playboy model Jessica Canseco were married tied the knot recently in a small ceremony which took place in their Bel-Air home. 50 family and close friends were there for an elegant, formal affair in the orchard overlooking the mountains, the city and the Pacific.

The wedding party included Fisher's two daughters, Canseco's daughter and her mother as well. Entertainment for the event included a pool performance from 5 cirque du soleil contortionists. Jessica wore a stunning Simin Haute Couture ivory satin gown which featured hand-stitched antique silver threading, Swarovsky crystals and baby pearls.
