Escort Cards Idea

This is probably one of my favorite escort card ideas yet! This is from Anna & Joe's Baltimore wedding on The Knot and they where hung on four canopies at the reception. I love the glamour of them. If I took the time to laminate the name tags, with our name and date on the back, they would last longer and could be kept as keepsake ornaments. I know most of my family would add them to their Christmas tree decorations.

On that note - here's a great idea for a Christmas wedding! These escort cards could be displayed on a lite Christmas Tree at the entrance to the reception hall. Mix in a few traditional tree ornaments for effect if you wish, or use a tree branch idea with these dripping from the naked branches. For that, I would mix it some icicle ornaments so that once the escort cards are removed, the tree is not bear.
