For all our fashion fans waiting for the next Fashion Week Review, we promise we will have another one up for you tomorrow:) For now, you can wet your fashion appetite with this GORGEOUS Zac Posen gown which won Katherine Heigl a spot on more then a few Best Dressed lists including People and Yahoo's lists from this years Emmy awards.

The Grey's Anatomy star, who also took home the Emmy for Best Supporting Actress in a dramatic series, is looking perfectly bridal is this stunning gown and Mary Norton clutch. Perhaps she is getting into the wedding mood? Heigl is engaged to be married to musician Josh Kelley. The couple have been engaged for a few months now, but no wedding date has been announced.

A few other notable gowns from this years red carpet include Heigl's co-stars - newlywed Kate Walsh in a slinky red number, Sandra Oh in a super sexy black number, and Ellen Pompeo in a beautiful Michael Kors gown. Debra Messing also deserves a mentino, in a very bridal-like lovely white Ralph Lauren gown.
