Ditch the Veil - Don a Hat!

Maybe you want to be just a little different. Not a lot; not enough to make headlines, but you want your bridal ensemble to be beyond the ordinary. If so, consider a bridal hat.

Now there a lot of bridal hat styles - I like some way more than others and you will, too, once you start shopping around. Before you look at bridal hats, however, you have to consider your dress. All wedding gowns are not created equal and some work well with bridal hats, while others don't.

A little pillbox hat works with close-fitting dresses, long or short, while a wide-brimmed picture hat will balance a billowy ball gown type dress.

Choose your dress first and then your hat should fall into place.
