Here's a recently launched online wedding planner: www.MyWeddingWorkbook.com that is free for anyone to use. There is a great story behind it, as told to me by Jeff Kear:

My business partner Steve initially built it for his then-fiancee Tammy, so she could plan her wedding the way she wanted (she is a stickler for details and was turned off by how the other online planners weren't well integrated and left things out). She showed it to her friends, who all loved it and thought it would be great if we could beef it up and let other brides use it. So that's what we have done...
