As a bride, it is tempting to sign up for every newsletter and email list available - but in the end, that leaves you with a full email box and no time to read any of them! So, I have compiled a list of some of the bridal e-newsletters that I think are the best of the best - hopefully, this will help you find a few good ones without getting overwhelmed:)
Fire Your Wedding Planner - by FAR my favorite! I read these emails religiously when they come through. There are many many newsletters on saving money and budgeting for your wedding but most a full of "not so nice" ideas like getting Uncle Bob to do your pictures. Stephi's newsletter is completely different. Her goal is not to help you find ways to get everything "really cheap" but instead, to help you learn the secrets behind the wedding industry. For example, did you know that some venues will charge double the cost for a wedding as they would for a family reunion with the same guest list and menu? She shares insider secrets, tips and hints to help you avoid those vendors who treat brides like walking dollar signs, and save money by knowing how to negotiate, what to accept and when to put your foot down.
Brides.com Brilliant Idea Of The Day - Brought to you by Brides.com and the Brides Magazine, members receive these emails which are filled with neat ideas, new finds, little snippets of wedding wisdom, etc.
The Knot Newsletters - The Knot is one of the top wedding resource websites out there, and there newsletters never fail to impress. There are a few options, including Knot News, To-Be-Wed Tips, The Daily Deal and more.
