A Treat for the Vegan Couples
Filed in archive DIY , General Planning , Something Different , Wedding Cake by Del on November 14, 2008
Vegan couple getting married? Here's an idea for your wedding reception, which works out if many of your guests are also vegans. In keeping with your healthy eating, try some vegan cupcake recipes instead of a cake full of ingredients you're trying to avoid.

Now, if the majority of your guests are not vegan, you don't have to serve them vegan food, although it's up to you, but if you have a small, intimate wedding and you plan on doing many of the tasks yourself (or assign tasks to friends and family), you can enlist some help to turn out a variety of delicious cupcakes that will probably please even the meat eaters in the crowd.

The popularity of wedding cupcakes has risen in recent years and it's easy to see why: cupcakes can be made in different flavors and decorated in a variety of ways; they're small and "cute"; if you make them yourself, you save on the wedding cake budget.

There are so many different recipes available for these vegan treats that you may have trouble deciding on just one...or two.
